    We build the software ourselves.

Not a specification handed to an offshore team. Not a no-code assembly that breaks when the business changes. Production applications, written by the people who mapped the operation.

Most firms reach a point where off-the-shelf software stops fitting. The platform does eighty percent of what the firm needs, and the remaining twenty percent is absorbed by staff doing manual work around it. That twenty percent compounds, and it is usually the part that differentiates the firm.

Custom software is worth building when the gap is structural rather than cosmetic — when the way your firm works is a deliberate choice rather than an accident, and the software should follow it instead of the other way round.

    How we work

    • We map the operation before we design anything. Every system we have built came out of an assessment first.
    • We ship in production increments. The first useful piece goes live in weeks, not at the end.
    • New systems run alongside the ones they replace until the numbers agree. Nothing is cut over on a promise.
    • You own the code, the repository and the infrastructure. There is no lock-in, because there is nothing to be locked into.

    What we build with

TypeScript end to end. React and Next.js on the front, Postgres on the back — usually Supabase for auth, storage and row-level security. Deployed on Vercel. Background work runs on scheduled jobs rather than a separate queue service unless the volume justifies one.

That stack is a choice, not a religion: it is boring, widely known, and cheap to hire for — which matters, because the firm keeps this code after we are finished. We integrate with whatever the firm already runs. Practice management, accounting, telephony, e-signature, payment gateways, calendars, Slack.

What it looks like in practice

Seven production systems for one law firm inside six months — revenue operations, case management, scheduling, client messaging, payments, billing and pricing analytics. Each one replaced something the firm was renting or doing by hand, and each was live before the next one started.

The point is never the software. It is that the firm stops paying senior people to do work a system should be doing.
